At AllVinilos, you can customize your garment from just one unit and with a wide variety of methods, so you can choose the one that best suits your needs:

Vinyl

Vinyl is a plastic material in the form of a thermoadhesive sheet that is manufactured with different finishes depending on the effect you want to achieve. In textile printing, we distinguish between 2 types of vinyl basically, those that are cut and those that are print and cut.

Cut vinyl

This marking system has a wide range of applications and some advantages that we detail:
  • Number of materials available: Bright, matte, fluorescent, metallic, holographic, flocked, frosted, etc.
  • Possibility of marking a single garment.
  • Great resistance of the material to washing.
  • Ideal for numbering sports teams, clubs, work clothes, etc.

To print on vinyl we need the files to be in vector format. Once the plastic sheet has been cut using our cutting plotter, it is ironed onto the garments we want to customize.

Print and cut vinyls

This system offers the advantages of classic transfer: opacity, elasticity, wash resistance, photographic quality printing. In addition, no photolithography or screens are needed, just a perfect drawing and a very short delivery time. It is the ideal system for garments that are difficult to screen print with photographic quality: Backpacks, Ties, Caps, Raincoats, Umbrellas, etc... It is also the preferred system by Advertising Agencies for their very short runs for TV Commercials, Hostesses, product presentations, etc...

Using a printing plotter, continuous printing is carried out on special white or translucent thermoadhesive vinyl in photographic quality at 720 dpi. Then another cutting plotter is responsible for cutting out the logos or prints with great fidelity, which are finally ironed onto the garments.

Delivery times are generally short or very short. For washing, we recommend warm water and washing inside out to avoid friction inside the washing machine.
